compfy and well designed
I bought these earbuds because mine were broken and I wanted to try the JBL wave 200 TWS version to see how it was, and I am quite impressed by the changing it gave me.
the box is solid and it connects directly when you take them off also you can use only one earbud if you want to. It charges easily and quickly. bluetooth has a good range. Touch fonctions are great so you can switch music. Battery last long. When you lie down earbuds don't fall off wich is a very good thing when you want to watch series. You have different size caps and it's important to be carefull because if you put wrong ones, it's not working properly. This is my review, hope it will help choosing yours

Utter garbage DO NOT BUY
Had two sets now with the same fault. Works fine for a month and then one ear stops working. First set replaced, second set same issue weeks after arriving. Customer service is atrocious- refusing to refund my money despite the fact this is a design fault. Reading reviews of other JBL ear buds the problem is being seen in other models too. I understand now why they won’t refund me my money - they’d go broke there’d be so many claims. DON’T BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.

Good design, but average sound
These are my first JBL earphones. I'm quite used to their other products, mainly their portable Bluetooth speakers.
At first sight, the JBL Wave 200TWS looks great. All black design with a glossy finish on the outside of the earbud. Really love it !
The case is small enough that you'll even forget you have it in your pocket. However, the hinge of the case is not rigid and will not stay open by itself, which is pretty annoying as soon as you open it at any angle. It stays perfectly close thanks to a built-in magnet.
The fit of the earbuds is pretty nice, but it requires a small twist once inserted (as mentionned in the user guide).
The sound is quite below my expectation for that price. It's quite flat, even tho it's sold as the bass-focus version of this product range. It's still very detailled without any doubt.
You can control these earbuds on the outside where a touch sensitive area is located.
They come without any app, or ANC (which became pretty standard at this point).

Worst call quality I have ever seen.
I bought this on 19th July 2022 from the Reliance Digital store for calls and somewhat music. Contacted JBL customer care after 3 days of use due to poor call quality, as the listener can hear everything near or a bit far also. That's the quality of call it gives.
They promised to replace with other JBL buds with additional charges, but when I submitted buds for a change they gave me the same new one, and believe me it's the model issue.
Sure JBL is my most trusted brand, and I bought these on the trust base only. but now feel regret for 4K paid for such a low-quality product.

Good, but a bit shy of great
After using the JBL Wave 200TWS earbuds for a couple of weeks, I have to say that I'm overall pretty pleased with them! A sturdy case with a good magnetic lid, great Bluetooth connection, good microphones for phone calls and pretty good sound quality.
Battery life is okay; not as long as some competitors, but long enough for good long use in most situations. I was really impressed by the Bluetooth stability: I could be at about 9 to 10 meters distance from my phone and still had no connection loss!
The music quality is a bit of a mixed bag. I really liked the sound of pop, dance and electronic music with these earbuds. Rock and metal, not so much. The fit in my ears was okay: they sometimes felt a bit wobbly, but stayed in ear with the smallest plugs. Even when running, which actually surprised me. Using these earbuds for phone calls or online meetings work perfectly, the person on the other side could always hear me clearly.
The case is easily chargable through USB-C, and the lid stays closed firmly. Occasionally found it a bit fiddly to place the earbuds in the case or getting them out because of their shape and orientation in the case. But it's only a minor annoyance.
All in all I'm pretty satisfied. No obvious faults in the JBL Wave 200TWS earbuds, so if you're a fan of the sound output of JBL you'll definitely like them!

Right earbud volume low and left volume loud. I have checked all my phone setting and is equal on both earbuds but atill no matter what i do the right stays lower than the left with calls and audio

Hello, is possible control this headphone in the an app in android? I installed JBL Headphones app but this app does not support my JBL 200 tws headphone.

Our JBL Headphones App is not compatible with the JBL Wave 200TWS. You may download any 3rd party equalizer App to modify the audio output of your earbuds.
