JBL Endurance JUMP is rated 2.5 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable and stylish! Thank you to Harman Audio for rectifying my order issue. You'll have a returning customer in me. Review Pros: I'm quite happy with this purchase. The JUMP is stylish and very comfortable to wear. I especially like how the "connecting wire" wraps around the back of the head, out of sight and mind. It feels fitted just for me. I don't know why other people have had sound quality issues. Mine sound really good with a nice balance of high's and low's. The buds fit nicely with a good seal in my ear. I especially like the Powerhook technology that turns them off/on automatically. The magnet is quite strong too so I don't have to worry about them coming apart when transporting. So far the connection seems to be very good. Will have to see how things go when I'm in open space at the gym. Cons: The only thing I can't say I like is the volume control. I'm cool with the touch commands to control music and phone but I think the volume control could have been placed somewhere else. I may get better at it overtime but at the moment when I try to control the volume I keep pausing and restarting the tune I'm listening to. Perhaps the volume touch pad could be on the other earpiece by itself. Conclusion: I am happy with my purchase at this price point and I would recommend the JUMP to a friend or family member.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sound quality concern The headphones work great, feel great and are easy to use. My only issue is the poor sound quality. I'm trying to troubleshoot the headphones before I return them. But if I can fix the sound quality these will be the best headphones I've ever had.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They are “ok” The twist lock into your ear is not easily accomplished. You need the bud deep in your ear to get ample bass which seems to be sub par.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fitting is taking a little time ! Still trying hard to figure these out but first time with over the ears headphones! Don’t expect Jaybird Run quality either in build or music but note these are far cheaper. They DO give a sense of immediacy which other earphones lack. Sadly the great range of colours available in the States isn’t available over here I the UK. I love red or orange but had to settle for a very grim black with a meger dash of pale yellow which borders on white. They do seem to stay on. My advice, wait for the US models to arrive & prefereably an updated edition. Do not be prepared for the super sound and build of normal JBL & Harman speakers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage!!! They fit great, feel great, and look great. Sound quality I would say is O.K. when they work. They just won't hold the bluetooth signal for very long unless I hold my phone about 6 inches away from them which really sucks if your if your trying to jump rope!! I have some other bluetooth products to know for your it's not my phone!

The neckband of the Jump seems thicker than the Sprint, is that correct and what is the reason ?

Asked by: dachshound
Hi. Yes, the Jump headband is a lot thicker than the one of the Sprint. The thick, shorter neckband is a more luxurious feature, indicating the higher price level of the Jump. It also has less independent movement than the thinner one, and makes the whole headphone seem more like one, integrated device.

where it says ''Whats in the box?'' it it says there is 1 x enhancer. i was wondering what an enhancer is?

Asked by: Squire098
Hi. The enhancer is the bigger silicone item that forms the basis of the "Twistlock" system that we have built into your headphones. This is a kind of threaded material, which you place against your ear, then twist it to lock it into the inner ear bowl. The smaller silicone tips are placed on the tip of the enhancer. The name comes from the original idea behind this feature, enhancing grip and sound.

How long does the battery life is expected to last?

Asked by: Living In
Hi. The battery is Lithium-ion Polymer, as you can see in the quick-start guide. Like almost all batteries used anywhere today, their capacity will begin to fall from about 500 charging cycles, and at about 1000 charging cycles, the battery usually has no more capacity left. This is quite standard.

What is the maximum distance for the Bluetooth to connect? I bought these as a gift for a swimmer and I’m wondering if they will connect at a distance of 25m for example.

Asked by: Vnicks2
The Bluetooth range varies. Under normal circumstances, you can expect a range of 10 meters with no problems. More than that, the signal will get unstable. Bluetooth can also be heavily influenced by surrounding environment depending on what other signals you have at your place(Wifi router) that could interrupt and wall material between speakers. On another note, The Bluetooth does not mode when swimming hence we suggest giving your friend the JBL Endurance dive instead since it has the Mp3 mode that you can use while swimming.
