JBL Reflect Contour 2 is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good Bought these today to replace the contour 1. Wanted the ability to use siri to text and hear text while riding. Here is a hint they do not tell you and the call center did not know, hit the home button twice to activate siri. Took me awhile to figure that out, hope it saves you time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Stuff I bought these and have used for 2 weeks. Easy to use, and to keep charged. No one knows that I am using speaker to make calls, which is very easy also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Headphones With Excellent Fit After two weeks I have been very impressed. The seal I get with the ear wings and over ear fit combined reduces wind noise completely and improves the sound. Extremely comfortable and beautiful looking premium build, especially in the red and white color. The battery life compares well to other wireless ear buds that I have used, and the sound is incredibly clear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far, so good! JBL wireless sport headphones have come a long way from the first pair I unfortunately bought. That set I returned as they were uncomfortable, bulky, had poor audio quality, and the left side quit working within a few workouts. These are a 180 from there. Comfortable, light, good audio quality(noise floor is MUCH better), and they actually stick in my ears throughout my full workout(3 mile run, weights, etc.). That last part was the most frustrating with other sport headphone since I sweat a lot and almost always end up with one of the earbud popping out during a long run... Very please so far.

I've had these for a few months without any issues, but I am now having Bluetooth connection issues. I am attempting to connect to both my IPhone 6S and a PC. They both do not connect. Would you be able to help me troubleshoot this issue?

Asked by: mattie17
This may mean that your Reflect Contour headphones are currently connected with another device. If you wish to pair to a different device, make sure the last device it was connected to has the Bluetooth turned off. Make sure the headphones are off and press and hold the center button between 3-5 seconds or until the audio prompt states that it is "looking for device" You should be able to pair with a different device within 2-3 seconds.

Hi, my headset stopped working. It pairs with my Iphone, but there is no sound, only a weak shattering noise. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

What is different between this product and the JBL Reflect Contour 1. I have the first generation, but I see the new generation is selling for the same price as first generation. Are there any differences?

Asked by: JBLHero
The only difference for the two headphones is the battery life. Contour 1 have an 8-hours battery life while Contour 2 have 10-hours battery life with speed charging. But most of the features are the same.

Does the JBL R.C.2 have an "auto-off" feature? (Other Bluetooth headphones will turn the power off after set amount of time (say, 30 minutes) if no audio signal is received. This is nice feature to save batter life.)

Asked by: Primero Fin
Yes, all of our Bluetooth headphones/speakers have an auto-off feature in order to save battery power, allowing you to enjoy an extended time for music.

I hv charged mine for the whole night. Get around to use it, only lasted from Good to Medium and eventually no battery in minutes. The volume control felt hot. My first ever JBL, so am dissappointed.
